RoofMarketingCo ("we", "us") builds and runs lead generation systems for roofing contractors. This policy explains what we collect through roofmarketingco.com, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
The short version. We collect what you type into our contact form and basic analytics about how you use the site. We use it to contact you about our service and to improve the site. We do not sell your information to anyone.
When you submit the form on this site, we collect the fields you fill in:
We use this only to contact you about your enquiry, to prepare a quote, and to follow up. If you never become a client, we keep the enquiry so we know we already spoke, and so we do not contact you again if you asked us not to.
Like most websites, we collect standard technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, time on page, and the site or ad that sent you here. We use Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager for this.
We also record which language version of the site you chose. That preference is stored in your browser only.
This site uses cookies and similar technologies for two purposes:
You can turn off personalised advertising through Google Ad Settings and in your Facebook ad preferences, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site works without them.
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the services that make this business run:

Enquiries are kept for as long as we have a business reason to keep them, and no more than 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a client. Analytics data follows Google's own retention settings.

If we contact you by email about our service, every message includes a way to unsubscribe, and we honour it on the first request. If you tell us to stop, we stop.
The site is served over HTTPS and enquiries are stored outside the public web directory. No system is perfect, but we do not keep card details or any payment information: your ad budget is paid by you, directly to Google or Meta, on your own card.
This is a service sold to businesses. It is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted on the homepage.
